analyzing the spatial borders caused by the structure.
the empire of absurd-ed structures
“abandoned* and lost structures were treated as narrators to their own stories and hold a hidden empire within.”
*are structures that have been deserted or left. being left behind made it static/silent spaces only altered by the dynamics of light, wind and sound. which raised the question of its existing situation and its past stories camouflaged behind the structure holding it together. we then questioned the relation between their existing situation and construction/deconstruction process and what it used/going to be in the future.
the dominant factor was lines, used to analyze the intruding factors bordering, directing and shaping the spaces. the intruding factors included the silent and dynamic light situations.
we used scotch tape installations acting as the explorer throughout different crude spaces to document these hidden narratives, conclude various impossible spaces and absurd their reality.
this is the empire atom
